I am a 23 year old senior in the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication majoring in Public Relations. I was born and raised in Ketchum, Idaho, a small ski resort town that gave me a childhood filled with endless adventures and plenty of time outdoors. The experiences I had as a child have shaped me into the adult I am today and have inspired me to create this blog in order to write about the importance of health, wellness and living life outdoors.
After doing an event planning internship in Nantucket over the summer, I have set my sights on working on the East Coast, preferably New York City, in order to pursue my dreams of working in media relations or strategic planning. I would love to combine my passion for health and wellness with my degree in Public Relations.
